The Westland Irrigation District Board of Directors is calling a Special Board Meeting at 2:30 PM on Tuesday, May 21, at the Westland Irrigation District, 77096 Highway 207, Echo, OR 97826. They are meeting for the sole purpose to discuss a request made for a crossing of the canal for the purpose of conveying rock products across  for a short-term project.  There are no other agenda items.
